Extra Free Stuff: In the latest update to S&W: Expansions, Monsters and More, we're adding 3 pre-generated caravans to the NPC Stats Book (which is a stretch goal we've already achieved). The entry for "Large Caravan" is included in the update, for anyone who wants to copy-paste it, or see stat blocks on a bard and demon hunter.

We hit the stretch goal for Swords & Wizardry Expansions yesterday, so now all backers will get character reference sheets (PDF) for the new character classes and backers of the All-in pledges (including Digital) will get a PDF copy of the Big Book of NPC Stats, which has stat blocks for all 22 character classes from level 1 to 9! Apologies for posting in such quick succession, but we are lowering the target for the Stretch Goal to $90,000 and adding some more items in. Basically, Suzy is out of town and I didn't check with her on the target number for the Stretch Goal. Her opinion was that $135K, even though it's the real economic "stretch," was too high a goal. So we are lowering it to $90,000 and also adding a bit more into the goal itself. Consider this an "oops" on my part! Always check every detail with your partner before posting.

At $90,000, all pledges will receive a PDF of character reference sheets (like we've done in the past). These are usually a two or three page summary of the rules for the character class, so they are very useful for players.

Also at $90,000, the All-In pledge levels will receive the Book of NPCs we described in the earlier update, a PDF of stat blocks and spell selections for all the 22 character classes.

We are adding a Stretch Goal at $135,000 to our campaign (link in comment below). If we reach $135,000, everyone in the All-in pledge levels (Digital, Physical, and the Party Pack level) will get a free PDF of NPC stat blocks for all 22 character classes, with "spells-carried" lists and equipment. It's mostly a Referee tool, but this sort of resource is possibly the best time-saver out there for a Referee.

City Encounters for Swords & Wizardry softcover is now available at DriveThru RPG!

Running a freewheeling city adventure can be hard work, but this book gives you a powerful resource for handling interactions with non-player characters — their names, objectives, abilities, and quirky activities! City Encounters provides 200 daytime encounters and 200 night-time encounters for your characters to run into while exploring the city. They are getting ready to do a Kickstarter to expand the functionality of the VTT.
