Third update on Body Armor for Ukraine (Respect the Blue and Yellow). This article provides an update on fundraising, body armor acquisition, shipping logistics and letters from Ukrainians and people in the U.S. supporting Ukraine.

I started working with a Ukrainian company to run my personal LinkedIn strategy in the summer of 2020. They are Respect.Studio. They are amazing. Truly amazing. After they kick Putin's ass ... I highly recommend you work with them.

On February 24, 2022 at 7:04 AM central time, our account manager at Respect.Studio, (Anna Kryvoruchko) sent me this email:

Hi Team!

Considering our current situation in Ukraine, we need to switch to text communication mode and postpone any meetings.

We don't stop any LLG activities. We will continue doing our job and commit to our agreement.

We'll be sending you weekly reports and keeping you up to date.

Of course we said all the right things. Don’t worry about us. Take care of yourself and your families. How can we help?

But what are we going to do? Like ... what are we actually going to DO?

Body armor...

Actually, they said "we need money, guns and body armor." But we've already donated money (and will continue to do so). We can't help with guns. But, after much research and many calls, it turns out that we CAN help with body armor.

With that said... We are taking donations to purchase body armor and ship it to Ukraine!

This is non-lethal military aid we're talking about here. Vests and helmets. They don't have enough in Ukraine. Meanwhile, back in the U.S., level IIIA body armor is sitting around gathering dust in the warehouses of online gun stores. We have it. They need it. All it takes is people willing to connect all the dots.
