I hide this 3 in our closet because I wanted to do a 3 year old photo shoot with Jackson when I got the time.

Well, this was in October and I never got the time. 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️ He found it yesterday and asked for it.

On our ride home from school:

Jackson- Mama, all my friends wanted to fight me.

Me- What buddy? (The windows were down and I didn’t hear him.)

Jackson- (louder) All my friends wanted to fight me.

Me- 👀 Why buddy?

Jackson- (Yelled) Because I farted!

That’s my boy. He did say his stomach was hurting this morning.

As my uncle would always say, “ better out than in.”

At breakfast, Lucy took her strawberry slices and put them on the side of her cup and said, “my cocktail!”

Wait what!!! How does she know the word cocktail much less that cocktails have the little fruit decorations?🤦🏽‍♀️

It’s the same way she learned the smoochy kiss- her favorite cartoon and character, Bluey.

Lucy took her pants off. What can I say, the girl like to be free.

Jackson put them (her pants) on. They are a 5T. They almost fit! My boy is big.

I love catching them in moments like this. Trust me! It doesn’t last long.

Happy Saturday!

I was thinking about how hard I can be on myself sometimes. I often think I am not doing enough.

It’s such a lie of the enemy. He plants these little seeds and if we allow them to take root and grow they can indeed lead us to inaction.

It’s important for us to stop and take inventory of our accomplishments, give thanks and pet ourselves on the back for a job well done.

So don’t be shy! Whether you rocked parenting this, self care, your job or side hustle- share with us what you are currently proud of right now.
