Re: Google-Play
Many listeners have asked why the original radio app was removed from the Google App-Store. Well the app was nearing 5000 downloads (so it was heart breaking to see it go) and unfortunately we was getting harassed by Google on weekly basis requesting information and giving us a deadline to agree new terms & conditions, including uploading digital Government identification & verification. This is something we would never comply with it for obvious reasons. As we didn't make our financial target in March we wouldn't have been able to pay for it in the future anyway.
Luckily a 3rd party app developer came to the rescue, he provides apps for many independent stations worldwide. Great things came from this partnership including the fact he took over the management off the app, we managed to get into the Apple IOS store for the first time (which Apple refused when we applied) and there was no cost to the station for both apps.
How does the app developer make money? Well the only downside is adverts now appear which should not interfere when listening to us, any adverts you do click the developer receives income of between 2p-20p.

Dave Marley will broadcast a special ('Classic Chart Rundown') Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday with music from the 60's, 70's 80's and 90's. * Starting next week.
Nino Firetto will continue to pop onto daytimes when you least expect him. With his themed shows, we know Nino is much loved within the awakened community.
Some listeners are a little disappointed with losing the Chill Show & nightly Clubland programs (we understand!). We've had to do this for the following reasons:
1. Financial
2. To provide our usual variety of 'feel good' tunes & community info to listeners over the pond.
3. To increase listening figures to a wider audience.
Although we are expanding regular playlist classics from the 60's to 90's, all the dance music you are used to will continue as normal. Nothing changes Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, the same programs & presenters will continue as normal till 9pm. Dance, House, & Trance will always remain at the heart of this station to raise vibrations.
We have made many changes to this station recently, please understand due to the developing situations going on right now we must continuously adapt & make sure as many folk enjoy what we have to offer. Each day more people are awakening and are becoming aware that we're offering a real 'feel good' alternative to Government Regulated Radio.

90s til Infinity takes a unique look at the decade that made your host Gavin Crossley (CBAA Award Winner and 20 year radio veteran), a kid who loved taping radio, video games and pop culture. Now viewed through the rose-tinted goggles of nostalgia and the best (and maybe the worst) songs of the 1990s.
Gavin is joining The English 909 Radio, Monday-Friday at 10am and we can't wait to hear him broadcasting from Australia to Freedom Fighters worldwide.
Let's welcome our newest presenter, Lee Everest joins The English 909 Radio every Friday evening @ 6pm - 9pm.
Lee will bring you the biggest dance anthems with chat and loads of personality, plus shout-outs and more.
I'm personally thrilled Lee is joining us and our awakened radio family across the world. Let's show Lee some support this Friday from 6pm. 🥳
Christmas Music - Highly Controversial (please be nice 😂)
Last year we began playing Christmas tunes towards the end of November. Having checked listener statistics and carefully monitoring live audience tune-ins / switch-offs and volume adjustments we saw no fall in listeners nor received complaints.
So this year, Christmas music will begin on Monday 27th November @ approx 04:56 and will repeat every 2 hours throughout the day until just before Clubland and the Chill Show.
As we get closer to Christmas, we'll higher the frequency but will NOT exceed more than 2 tracks per hour, excluding Christmas Eve and Christmas Day morning.
Clubland will be Christmas free
Chill Show will only play a non-commercial chilled Christmas song once every 3-4 hours approx.
From around 2pm on Christmas day, all Christmas music will end and regular programs resume.
Christmas jingles will also start on Monday 27th Nov, and will play just before each Christmas song and again will become more frequent towards Christmas.
I hope you enjoy the selection we've chosen this year, a massive thanks to everyone providing suggestions a winner will be chosen soon (we haven't forgotten) you can still submit Christmas music by finding the thread below.
Much of the music we have chosen has not been able to be tested live so any technical issues, I'll sort it when I come across any errors

Thanks for bearing with us during the little refresh on the Chill Show, it took much longer than expected to get things just how it should be and of course go through some listening stats. Those improvements & changes have now taken place, so you will now be extra chilled during those cold winter nights starting from this evening.
As we've spent so many hours on the Chill show you will also notice Christmas chilled music will also play, it's not the usual commercial stuff your use to and blends nicely with other chilled tracks. Statistically it's only one Christmas song in every 80 tracks so you may not even catch one play. Ideally we wanted to wait a little longer, but we must focus our attention on other programming needs.

For those who love the unique style of jingles we broadcast, you'll be pleased to know within the next 7 days exciting stuff is happening.
* Firstly we have a new awakened advertiser, you'll begin to hear the new advert every few hours from 1am tomorrow. More info will also appear on this page soon.
* Christmas Jingles will begin playing, be warned you need a good sense of humour some are a little saucy at times. We hope you enjoy them, it was certainly fun scripting this years festive imaging and of course the ones from last year will also play.
* Brand new generic station jingles have just gone into production, this time we're concentrating on two parts. Firstly the New Earth 5D & raising your consciousness in our usual unique way of expressing things and secondly returning to how the stations jingles sounded over three years a go (funny/cheeky with a little sarcasm)
