Are you an emerging artist or music business professional looking for career development and opportunities to build community, find a mentor, and network with other creatives? Our gender equity friends at are hosting an OPEN CALL for the 2024 Keychange U.S. Talent Development Program for women and gender-expansive talent residing in Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, Austin, and Atlanta! The application period begins January 19 and closes March 22, 2024. Apply now for a chance to be a part of the next cohort! Must be 21 years of age or older and residing in the above music hubs to apply. BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ encouraged. 🎶

The Keychange U.S. Talent Development Program is a 6 month long career development program for women and gender-expansive artists (of all genres) and music professionals (of all sectors; producers, engineers, A&R executives, managers, marketing specialists, streaming, sync licensing, etc.). The program offers a mentorship program, team meet-ups, networking and professional development sessions as well as showcase and speaking opportunities at partner festivals and conferences. Thirty (30) participants will be selected from the music hubs; Los Angeles, Nashville, New York City, Austin, and Atlanta and the program will run from May 2024 to November 2024.
