My name is Coach Lura Roberts. I am a life performance coach/mentor and owner of a small boutique fitness studio that focuses on mental, nutritional and physical wellness. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. I created Elevated to focus on the mental aspects of wellness.
