Feeling Aesthetic in bakery. Loved the ambience and the desserts. Tried their Beligian Chocolate Medoviks and Biscoff Medovics which tasted heavenly as they are made with biscoff rather than flour. I have also tried their assorted macarons and they did not disappoint me. Rating 4/5.

Moong Dal Tadka

~ Recipe ~
• Wash 1/2 cup moong dal (yellow mung bean)

• Add 1 cup water and cook it for 2 whistles or till dal becomes soft and mushy.

• Add 1/4tsp turmeric powder, salt as per taste and adjust consistency with some water
• For tempering heat 1 tsp of ghee or oil
• Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, 3-4 dried red chillies and few curry leaves and fry for not more than a minute.
• Add the tempering to prepared dal and mix well.
• Serve with hot rice and ghee.

•• Consume this water only during day time as amla should not be consumed in the night ••

Recipe
• Take an amla and crush it well

• discard the seed and add the pulp to a bottle of water(preferably glass bottle)

• You can enhance the taste by adding mint or ginger

• You can refill the bottle 2-4 times

Kandi podi (spicy dal powder) is famous in Telugu cuisine. Very good source of protein and its often consumed in the first bite with ghee.
• Ingredients •
Toor Dal 1cup
Red chillies 8-10
Jeera 1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
Garlic pods 4-5
Asafoetida 1/2tsp
Salt 1tsp

Dry roast all of these and grind. Mix with rice and ghee and its usually consumed in the first bite
