In a businesman’s point of view: Team Lakay Struggle is about loyalty and self-interest. Not about 30% or lack of skills training. Team Lakay and the fighters produced champions based on their local and native skills. In fact, foreigners come to Taam Lakay for training. The size of Team Lakay and Cordilleran Community is not enough to generate merchandises to augment the 30% from champions’ incentives to sustain operations of a sports organisation. Taking into consideration that they are operating in a global scale.
30% from fighter’s pot is indeed huge in number but very small in terms of sustaining their operation and promotions. Self-reflection is needed in both parties.
