Yesterday marks the equinox, a moment when day and night are roughly equal in length. It's a time of balance and transition, as we move from the darkness of winter to the light of spring (or from the warmth of summer to the cool of fall in the southern hemisphere).

Jaime Moar is one of the most inspiring humans we know. Not only is she an incredible entrepreneur and coach, she is the kindness and change our world needs more of.

She has been nominated as a candidate to be Visionary of the Year for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada and with that has made a soft goal of raising 25000$ but would Love to reach 50000$. This cause is personal to her as not only is her father fighting cancer (and doing it well), she is as well and not only kicking it's butt but not letting it stop her from doing what she is passionate about.

With all that said, we at the Witches Grimoire want to help spread the word and help her obtain her goals and hopefully eradicate Cancer sooner rather than later... We are asking you to help us by being the change this world needs. Chantal's Top Three Crystal Picks!

Selenite
Not only does this bad boy cleanse out all negative and unwanted energies, but it never needs to be cleansed or recharged. Selenite is associated with the crown chakra, which is linked to spirituality and the third eye. It is purifying and brings peace. Every home, and even better, every room, needs this beauty in their home!

Pyrite
I am not one who is very into gold, but Pyrite is a love of mine. Not only is she shiny, but she is a stone of protection and abundance. She wards off negative energy and attracts only positive. She is also one of the few stones that can work well with all the chakras.

Snow White Agate
She helps balance an individual's feminine and masculine side, bringing them into perfect harmony with each other. Snow White Agate also releases toxins from the body, helping to boost the immune system. This crystal also helps improve concentration, helps you find inner courage, and allows you to release trauma that has been stored inside your body.

BONUS CRYSTAL:

My ultimate stone of choice is Rhodonite.

This pink stone is a love of mine for many reasons. Known as the stone of compassion and self-love, Rhodonite helps you heal and release emotional wounds from the past, making way for you to bring in more positive energies. It brings balance to the inner and outer worlds of the user. I was never a fan of pink until I found this stone. Think of her as Rose Quartz's big protective sister, lol.

For example, the number 111 is often associated with new beginnings and manifestation, while the number 777 is considered lucky and represents spiritual growth and enlightenment. I love incorporating number magic into my cozy witchy practice. Whether it's lighting candles in sets of three, choosing crystals based on their numerological associations, or setting my intentions with a certain number of breaths, there are so many ways to infuse number magic into our daily routines.

Crystals have been a powerful tool in my witchy journey. Each stone holds its own unique energy and can be used to manifest intentions, heal the body and mind, and connect with the earth's natural vibrations. When I hold a crystal in my hand, I can feel its energy pulsing through my body, awakening my intuition and guiding me towards my path.

I love how these ancient stones remind me of my connection to the earth and the cycles of life. Just like the phases of the moon or the changing of the seasons, crystals have their own cycles of energy and need to be cleansed and charged regularly. I love taking the time to connect with my crystals, cleansing them under the moonlight or burying them in the earth to recharge.

Whether you're a seasoned witch or just starting out on your path, I highly recommend incorporating crystals into your practice. They can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and transformation, and a beautiful reminder of the magic that surrounds us every day. 🌙🔮🌿
