Recently, I did an audit on a sales page that wasn't converting well...


And upon landing on the page, I was welcomed with a big logo and a navigation bar, full of links and buttons.

And that's one of the reasons why the page wasn't converting.

❌ 𝗜𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲.

The first thing your visitors should see upon landing on your sales page is your HERO section.

One mistake people make when creating or having someone create their logos is...

Going for a complex and typical logo.

Like having a milk tea cup in a logo because that’s the product that they sell.

Or an illustration of a woman in a side view with a long hair, because they are offering hair solutions and services.

Or a whisk because they are selling cakes and baked goodies.

BUT WHY IS THIS EVEN A MISTAKE IN THE FIRST PLACE?

Because choosing a generic logo won’t make you stand out from the crowd.

Because people aren’t going to remember you that much as they have already seen the kind of logo that you have hundreds of times.

Choose to be unique.

Choose to make your audience CURIOUS of you, what you do, or what you sell.

BE UNIQUE, BE SEEN, AND BE KNOWN!
