When writing your smart goal for New Years, be sure to put a category for physically, mentally, financially and spiritually. Be realistic, small goals equal big goals! 😍 Be specific…make sure it’s measurable, make sure you can actually achievement it. And make sure it can be done in a timely manner. Set goals of things you know you can accomplish within the year of 2023. They will eventually lead you to the goal you have set out 5 years from now.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but understand that it’s YOU vs. YOU! You are not in competition with anybody. This is not a competition and the only person you need to try to become better than is the person you were yesterday. Allow God to slow cook you! Y’all ever ate a roast that was slow cooked vs the one that was cooked in 30 minutes! That slow cooked roast was tender and juicy wasn’t it? Keep your tunnel vision and blinders on!
