This is definitely not a goodbye but SEE YOU SOON โค
Arcan has definitely became my second home, and without it I would never be where I am now. It was the place where I discovered underground music, my love for techno, and just a place where I would spend most of my weekends first as a guest, then as an event organizer, and finally as a DJ.
This place has taught me so much, has given me experience, countless number of opportunities, and amazing friends. It saddens me that we have to leave this place (I'm actually tearing up as I am writing this ๐
), but this is not the end. The Arcan team will work hard, and soon we will see you at other locations continuing doing us and promoting underground music.
I will make another post reminiscing about all the memories I had here, but we still have 2 weeks of partying!!! Hoping to see some of you at my Birthday party - Wasabae's Birthday Batch this Saturday, and of course at the closing party next week ๐ฅ๐ถ

See You Later Announcement
It's official, we are moving out of our original venue in Binh Thanh District.
The last 3 years there were truly an amazing first step for us in the scene here. We made all sorts of events and learned so much so it is now time to make the next step.
Obviously the last year's Covid situation strongly influenced our decision but not only. We have now a better understanding of what are our objectives for our input to the underground music scene in Vietnam.
We need to re-scale, re-organise and re-group. We truly believe there is an amazing future ahead for underground music here and it appeared to us that our venue was not allowing us to take a proper part in it anymore.
So this is the last month for Arcan as you have known it. The next 2 week-ends will be about celebrating what we've done and announcing what's to come.
On this Friday 22 January, we will have an Art exhibition. We have done several in the past and this is really a kind of events we have come to love. Music is one art amongst others and when several artistic practices come together it really becomes cool to organise and to attend.
Saturday 23 January, for the occasion of Ilona's birthday we will offer our signature techno sounds. Very energetic, very underground, very fun, this is what we will focus on developing more in the future. Be ready for some outdoor techno rave parties !

Friday 29 January, we are hosting our favorite promoter Gรฃy for their unique cross-genre underground music event. The last 2 editions in Arcan truly were a game changer for us and we believe for the scene in Vietnam. We hope more collaboration events between our crews will be done in the future. Special deco and mapping will be installed for the occasion.
And Saturday 30 will be our "See you Later" party. Special line ups of friends incoming, we hope to see you numerous for a last gig in our house before meeting with you again somewhere else.
So even if this is not a goodbye, we wish to send big thanks to our audience, you have been truly amazing, fun and supporting. Big thanks as well to all the promoters we have worked with. The list is too long to make here but you know who you are. Collaborating with all of you is what made us the most proud in the end, because it was the most challenging. And don't worry we will be in touch. Of course many many thanks to all the djs and performers, it was a pleasure to listen and watch you express your Art.
