: DMCI Homes, known for its lush landscapes in its condo communities, has a plant nursery in Acacia Estates, Taguig City.

It is one of two plant nurseries managed by DMCI Homes’ Landscape Department, which has received numerous recognitions, including one from the Urban Land Institute for its outstanding work in creating sustainable landscape designs.
DMCI Homes’ other plant nursery is located in Solmera Coast, San Juan, Batangas.

The three-hectare nursery in Acacia Estates is under the care of landscape architects, horticulturists, and landscaping specialists.
It includes a Propagation Area, Potting Area, Pot-on-Pot Area, Staging Area, Hardening Area, Mother Plants Area, Showcase Area, Indoor Plants Structure, Composting Facility, and Equipment Storage Facility.

With about 50 different plant species, this nursery helps DMCI Homes quickly adapt to various design ideas for its new developments. It also enhances DMCI Homes' completed projects to stay modern and up-to-date.

DMCI Homes values landscaping in its developments, which focus on resort-style living with expansive open spaces and lush greenery.
