1. Online Admission see: https://enroll.spbts.ph/sign-in
2. Personal interview (Freshmen & Transferee)
3. Assessment Test at Guidance Office
Doc. Requirements upon enrollment are:
1. SHS SF 9 CARD
2. GOOD MORAL CERTIFICATE
3. SHS SF 10 (to be requested by the Registrar)
4. ORIGINAL PSA BIRTH CERTIFICATE
5. TRANSFEREE: TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS (for evaluation purposes)
6. WRITTEN CHURCH & ASSOCIATION LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION (duly signed by the sending church pastor & association moderator, or president)

1. May 16 - 19 Graduating Final Exam
2. May 23 - 26 Non - graduating Students

Attention college students. Please take note of the following schedules of exams:
1. Semifinals: April 18 - 20 (many were not able to take the exam due to No Permit)
2. Final Exam for Graduating: May 16 - 19 (Clearance should be signed before asking for a permit at the B.O.)
3. Final Exam for non-graduating: May 23 - 26 (Clearance should be signed before the Final exam). Secure your permit as early as possible. Clearance forms are available at the students account window 2 (see Ms Mateo). Please be guided accordingly.
