On the last day of Mental Health Awareness month, the Autism Society of Indiana is proud to announce our new support and resources group, Caregiver Connection!

This amazing group is open to all caregivers of persons living with Autism who are seeking resources, support, and community!

Registration opens Monday, June 10th.

First Meeting will be the week of June 24th!

I’m fascinated with the hair changes over the years. From combed out curls (my fro was solid!) to straight and finally learning to love to my curls … and how to care for them. There were no healthy products growing up. Ages: 10, 20, 48.

Create the beauty you want to see.

I’ve been ask so many times why I don’t hire someone to dig my flower beds. All of the days digging, planting, transplanting, mulching, fertilizing…

It’s the Work that makes the end result so beautiful. I suppose many things can be bought, but it doesn’t mean they should be.

Create the beauty you see in your mind — it could be your yard, your marriage, your heart, or your health.

Be your own designer.
