The time has come.... After the annual car club meeting on February 3, 2024 I will be stepping away from hosting this event. I have been working towards moving away from hosting events as I have been involved in many events over the years and I just feel it's time for to move one from hosting.

With that being said, I am looking for a car club that would be willing to take this event over going forward. I would prefer to see it go with a car club so that there is a team of people planning and hosting the meeting each year. I have had a team over the years that have helped me, and it sure makes things go better than trying to do something by yourself.

I would be happy to answer any questions you may have about this, but I will not do it in an open format. Please send any questions or interest in hosting this event to [email protected].

The only things that I would ask, is that you keep the NSRA Safety Team and Reps involved in the meeting by giving them time on the agenda to present any awards they may have to their teams and make any announcements they have concerning their events.

I'd like to thank everyone that has helped me plan/host this meeting over the years and I won't name them, because I would most likely forget someone, but they know who they are.
