Lack of care lack of maintenance. They collect salaries and yet the work is not fine.

The Gauteng government has been paying more than R30 million in order to rent. The fact is they own buildings that could accommodate them but they failed to maintain them hence they have to pay rent while government buildings rot in the hands of illegal occupiers.
