The Empire of Phoenixia is an old Empire that came to power during World War III in 2019. It was formed under the leadership of Joseph Almeida, who made himself out to be a God. Its Imperialistic reign of terror lasted for a whole century until it finally collapsed at the return of the prophesied Messiah.
