SEGEPLAN Guatemala created a transition methodology in November 2022, consisting of three stages. It is accompanied and guided by the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean -ECLAC-. All the information from the entities was collected, culminating in the delivery of over 66,000 pages by President Alejandro Giammattei to the newly elected authorities.
