Magic Knights of Clover Kingdom, here are the following game schedules for all the Sports Events this coming Intramural Meet 2022, starting from Day 2-Wednesday, November 9-11, 2022.

Be ready to take on the battle. Be reminded of the rules of the games and, most importantly, the essence of this event. May we promote solidarity amidst each other's differences.

The Sports Development Office conducted its preparation, setting of dimensions and restoration of the Sports facilities for the upcoming Intramurals 2022. The office also procure new sets of equipment specifically basketball balls to be used during the actual events.

Futhermore, after the hardwork and restoration, the Sports Development team used the courts for on-site playing as dry-run and testing.

The office greatly appreciate the efforts of the officiating officials, classroom mayors, sports committees and volunteers in setting the Sports facilities.

With the aim of promoting and developing one's interest in the field and boosting camaraderie, physical health and active lifestyle, the DDOSC-Main Sports Club would surely be a great stepping stone for all aspiring Athletes and Sports Enthusiasts.

*NOTE: This club is not yet official and registered, hence the office is looking for members to establish its constitutions and by laws in future undertakings (this is not yet for try-out. The office will separately announce the call for participants/athletes)*

IN PHOTOS | HUMAN MOVEMENT SCIENCE: A MODEL FOR SUSTAINABILITY (COACH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM & HUMAN MOVEMENT SCIENCE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT)

The Davao de Oro State College (DDOSC) Physical Education (PE) Instructors attended the HuMS Coach Development Program and Human Movement Science and Sustainable Development on June 25, 2022, via Zoom Teleconference, sponsored by the College of Human Kinetics - University of the Philippines Diliman.

This program aims to sustain a highly specialized faculty in the discipline and profession, cultivating a culture of service and nation-building through the scientific promotion of human movement/physical activity-related pursuits, while the latter aims to develop coaches who will contribute positively to the performance and well-being of athletes in State Universities and Colleges; emphasis will be placed on coaches relating current practice to the contents of the course and the transition of new knowledge acquired to an action plan to develop new methods.

The HuMS Coach Development Program was attended by esteemed Physical Education Instructors of Davao de Oro State College (DDOSC): Marcjun A. Ocampo, LPT-SCAD Section Head, Ricky T. Padawan, LPT-SCAD Unit Head/OIC SAS Head, and Allan James L. Bersabal, LPT.

In addition, the HuMS Human Movement Science and Sustainable Development were attended by a respected Physical Education Instructor of Davao de Oro State College (DDOSC): Jeric Suguis, MAED.

Padawan, LPT, SCAD Unit Head of Maragusan, Michael John Bongo, LPT, and SCAD Unit Head of Montevista, Jake Andrew Colindres, LPT, attended the PASUC-XI Sports and Socio-Cultural Council In-Person Meeting at the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) Training Hall, Obrero, Davao City on March 18, 2022.

The said meeting aimed to plan, strategies, and deliberate matters related to the following: PASUC XI Pocket Tournament 2022; Finalization of PASUC XI Action Plan; and Coaches and Training Course.

The Sports Director and Cultural Director/Coordinator of each State Universities and Colleges (SUC) attended and participated in the said activity and discussed, shared, and exchanged ideas on the said agenda.

March 17, 2022 -

The Davao de Oro State College (DDOSC) Sports, Cultural, and Arts Development (SCAD) office, led by SCAD Section Head, Marcjun A. Ocampo, LPT, together with the SCAD Unit Head of New Bataan, Ricky T. Padawan, LPT, SCAD Unit Head of Maragusan, Michael John Bongo, LPT, and SCAD Unit Head of Montevista, Jake Andrew Colindres, LPT, were on a benchmarking visit to Davao Oriental State University (DOrSU) Sports, Culture and the Arts on March 17, 2022.

The said benchmarking attained the following goals: To improve the existing programs, processes, and practices of the Sports, Culture and Arts office; and set linkage and replicate activities for the continuous development of the office.

The DDOSC SCAD Section and Unit Heads met with Dr. Roque N. Langcoy II, DOrSU Culture and the Arts Director, Mr. Rey L. Rabuya, MAED, DOrSU Sports Director, Dr. Saturnino Dalagan, DOrSU Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Evangeline Rivera, DOrSU Student Affairs and Services Head, in their conference room and discussed agendas on the said activity..

The DDOSC Section and Unit Heads were very grateful to Davao Oriental State University (DOrSU) especially the Sports, Culture and the Arts Office for the warm welcome and for the advice, insights, sharing, and suggestions for the betterment of the office.

3. Each entry should be in a TikTok type of video, the music and its choreography.

4. If the entry is composed of two participants , physical distancing should be observed. Wearing of facemask is also necessary.

5. Taking a video shoot as an entry in public places (plaza, public market, street, highways, bridges, etc.) which contain huge number of individuals is 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝.

The Sports, Cultural and Arts Development, conducted its SCAD Coordinators’ Meeting via Google Meet. The discoursed agenda were the plans for targets and activities of the SCAD Office for the 1st Semester of Academic Year 2021-2022.

The virtual meeting was attended by its active coordinators across the campuses; Mr. Marcjun A. Ocampo (Main Branch), Mr. Allan James Bersabal (New-Bataan Branch), Mr. Jollan Balmera (Maragusan Branch), and Mr. Jake Anrew Colindres (Montevista Branch).

This virtual competition will determine the final members of the Philippine Karate delegation for the 20th ASEAN University Games, which will be held in Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand on July 26 - August 6, 2022. This humble activity also aims to serve as a gateway in promoting camaraderie and oneness among the different institutions in the country.

The RULES;

1. All competitors should be in all uniform ( white karate GI) All participants must show proper etiquette.
2. This is an empty hands kata forms competition, no demonstrations of weapons is permitted.
3. Only one person may perform the kata.
4. Perform kata in one take within 90 seconds multiple cut video editing not permitted. Announce the name of Kata clearly and loud before beginning.
5. Only one performance may be submitted per student
