Completely custom built in entertainment center in a 4th floor condo. Electric fireplace and 60” TV. Start to finish in 5 days. Completely transformed this space into something much more inviting. Built using cabinet grade plywood, poplar, and shiplap and sprayed in place with Sherwin Williams top of the line Emerald acrylic latex paint that will last a lifetime.
This project was tough as the condo has no power in the parking lot and no space to work upstairs. Luckily we always come prepared for anything and can run all of our tools directly off the trailer in the parking lot! These are the jobs that make everyday an adventure!

Before and after of my most fun project to date. This was a major transformation of a closed in small kitchen to a more open and bright design that incorporates bar seating for 4 with storage underneath. New windows and french doors off the living room keep the heat and sound out, but let tons of natural light into the space. The new LVP flooring adds lots of texture and will last a lifetime.

Some before and after pictures of a whole home remodel in Bradenton. Kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, and all of the bedrooms received new paint, porcelain wood look tile, new cabinets, counter tops, and fixtures. This was a fun project that was completed in just under 7 weeks.

Make over on a set of carpeted stairs. Skinned the risers with cabinet grade plywood painted with a highly durable bright white paint, and covered the treads with luxury vinyl plank (LVP). These stairs will look great forever and won’t wear down like a traditional stained tread.

What a drastic before and after! This changed the entire main living area of the home. This was a relatively low cost upgrade for a big impact!

Latest project in LWR finished up. We built a room within a room to contain all of the dust during the entire project. Removed the existing fireplace, demoed all of the existing wall that had 5 cubby holes that were major dust collectors, and put in a gorgeous natural gas linear fireplace with 8x16 travertine. The customer went with a 77” TV to finish off the sleek look. Even recessed the cabinet door into the travertine where the AV equipment is stored. This was a super fun project and it turned out great!

This was a fun project!
