The final projects of the recently graduated cohort of the MA Digital Narratives will be presented completely this week: »Washed Ashore« by Volodymyr Kolbasa is a cross-media project – part VR experience and part feature documentary film. It tells a story of a myth created around a sunken city and villages which was flooded in th 1960s during the construction of the biggest artificial reservoir in Europe in Soviet-occupied Ukraine. Die Abschlussprojekte des kürzlich graduierten Jahrgangs des MA Digital Narratives werden in dieser Woche noch einmal vollständig vorgestellt: »Washed Ashore« von Volodymyr Kolbasa ist ein Crossmedia Projekt - teils VR-Experience, teils Dokumentarfilm. Es erzählt die Geschichte eines Mythos, der um eine versunkene Stadt und Dörfer entstanden ist, die in den 1960er Jahren beim Bau des größten künstlichen Reservoirs Europas in der sowjetisch-besetzten Ukraine überflutet wurden.
