Yesterday, I slept on a stone floor.

Do not be terrified if i gobble up my food.
Yesterday. I had to do it to survive.

Do not get angry if I p*e on your floor.
Yesterday, it did not matter.

Do not be sad if I am afraid of your loving hand. Yesterday, I did not have one.

This is unsustainable.
I cannot advocate enough to people to stop breeding. Stop buying from breeders
Is adoption a process. Yes. Are there rules? Yes. Why are there rules.. Because of this!!!
1160 animals surrendered in 22 days.
That is 1 shelter. Just 1.
An average of 52 pets per day. This many people are not moving and can't take a pet with them. This many people aren't developing allergies. Don't say you don't have enough time for your dog. That's a cop out response.
Your dog would rather be on your couch or floor waiting for you than in a shelter losing hope.
Pets are a lifetime commitment.
Please think before you get a pet.
Shelters are full. The staff is tired. The dogs are stressed. We need to do better.

I have reached 30 dogs rescued!
