This is a day 4 hair, still a lot of definition, lots of halo frizz but also lots of love 💕
I used to refresh my hair every 3 days but stopped doing that over a year ago…
Why, you might ask?
Simply because it didn’t work the best for me.
It made my hair feel super overloaded with products, heavy and also it never looked like freshly washed!
So here, we rock the curls in its natural stage, because curls are beautiful in all stages 🤍

The curls are back!! 🎉
It’s been a whole week (I know- 7 days 😳) of rocking straight hair and I kind of liked the change 😐
But I missed this golden locks! They feel more like me, more like who I’m, and they give me more confidence!
Curly Health Points:
- this was my first time straightening my hair in three years 😱
- I use oils every other day
- I use heat protection when applying heat
- I typically do not refresh because I find that to cause more build up
- I clarify 2-3 times a month
