As Stanley left for work, the encounter with Pembi lingered in his mind. He couldn't shake off the feeling of her admiration, but he pushed it aside, focusing on his commitment to Benedicta.
At work, Pembi's persistent glances and subtle gestures made Stanley uncomfortable. He remained professional, but her advances tested his resolve.
During lunch break, Pembi approached Stanley again, this time with a flirtatious smile. "Stanley, I can't stop thinking about you. I know you have someone, but I can't help how I feel."
Stanley, feeling the weight of temptation, replied firmly, "Pembi, I care about Benedicta deeply. I can't betray her trust. Please respect my boundaries."
Pembi's expression faltered, but she nodded, understanding his stance.
Back home, Benedicta greeted Stanley warmly, unaware of the internal struggle he faced throughout the day. As they shared dinner, Stanley couldn't help but admire Benedicta's unwavering trust and love.
After dinner, as they cuddled on the couch, Stanley opened up about his encounter with Pembi. "Benedicta, today at work, someone confessed their feelings for me. I want you to know that I only have eyes for you. You mean everything to me."
Touched by Stanley's honesty and loyalty, Benedicta embraced him tightly. "Thank you for being honest with me, Stanley. I trust you completely."
Their bond strengthened, they spent the night wrapped in each other's arms, reaffirming their love and commitment.
The next morning, as Stanley left for work, he felt a newfound sense of confidence in his relationship with Benedicta. Meanwhile, Pembi, though disappointed, respected Stanley's decision and focused on her own journey of finding love.
"One weekend like that, Stanley said to Benedicta, 'We are going to go out this weekend. Let's go and enjoy ourselves.'
Benedicta: 'Oh, that's what I like. It's going to be more than just enjoyment.'
When the day they planned to go out arrived, Stanley and Benedicta prepared and started going there. When they arrived, Stanley ordered the salesgirl to prepare a fish for them. Stanley and Benedicta started drinking and waiting for the fish. After a short while, the salesgirl brought the fish Stanley had ordered. Stanley and Benedicta started eating the fish and drank more drinks that day.
After they finished enjoying themselves and were about to leave, on their way back, Benedicta said to Stanley, 'My love, please buy me chicken. I want to have it when we reach home.'
Stanley: 'But didn't you just eat fish? Why should I buy you chicken?'
Benedicta: 'I know I just ate fish, but I need chicken to have later at night.'
Stanley thought to himself, 'What is this girl's plan?'
Stanley went and bought the chicken for Benedicta. When they reached their house, they both went inside and took a bath together.
Later that night, Benedicta brought out food for them to eat together.
A week later, Benedicta asked Stanley to buy her clothes because she needed more. Stanley initially refused but eventually agreed. They went to the supermarket in their area, where Benedicta selected the clothes she liked. After she finished selecting, the total amount was one hundred thousand naira. Stanley also bought clothes for himself worth twenty thousand naira. That day, Stanley spent one hundred and twenty thousand naira.
When they returned home, Benedicta was very happy and expressed her love for Stanley. She kissed him and hung the clothes she bought. Stanley asked Benedicta to prepare food, and she did. After they finished eating, they went to sleep that night.

The Sea god Fell In Love With Me

"The arm robbers were there, counting their numbers.
A python appeared.
One of them saw the snake, shouted, and said, 'Look, a big python!'
They all turned back.
The python rushed at one of them, entangled the person, and killed him.
They all started shooting at the snake.
Chimaobi saw the same big snake that had come to his rescue before.
Chimaobi rushed inside his room to call Jennifer to come and see the big python he was talking about.
When Chimaobi reached there, he didn't see Jennifer. He called for her, but no one answered. Chimaobi searched the whole house but didn't find Jennifer. He became afraid and said, 'Where is Jennifer? Have the arm robbers kidnapped her or what? Or is she the snake? Because the same snake that came to my rescue the other day is also fighting the arm robbers that came to our house tonight.'
'What is happening?' Chimaobi asked.
Chimaobi said, 'Let me go and watch the fight between the snake and the arm robbers first.'
Chimaobi went out to watch the fight.
All the bullets the arm robbers shot at the python didn't pe*****te its body.
The python started killing the arm robbers.
Anyone the python bit would die, and their body would disappear immediately.
The python rushed at another person and bit them. Immediately, the person disappeared.
Even Chimaobi, from where he was hiding, was surprised by how the dead arm robbers were disappearing.
The python used its tail to hit an arm robber who was shooting at it. The arm robber fell, the python bit them, and they died and disappeared.
The python used this method to kill them.
Two arm robbers started running to escape, but the snake intercepted them, entangled both of them, spat on them, and then killed them.
Chimaobi was somewhere watching and said, 'Is this a movie or real? Because I'm surprised and confused right now.'
When the python finished killing the arm robbers, it disappeared.
Chimaobi came out to check if the python had truly disappeared.
He looked around but didn't see anything.
Chimaobi decided to go inside to check if he could find his wife, Jennifer.
When he entered, Jennifer was there, sweating.
Chimaobi asked Jennifer, 'Where have you been? I've been searching for you in almost every room, but I couldn't find you. What happened?'
Jennifer said, 'I was afraid, so I decided to hide inside the cupboard in the room downstairs. I didn't want to be hurt.'
Chimaobi said, 'Thank God you are safe.'
Chimaobi continued, 'If you saw what happened last night, you would be shocked. The same python that came to my rescue when the hired killers wanted to kill me is the same python that came again to our compound to kill the arm robbers. Jennifer, if you saw how the python killed the arm robbers, you would be surprised.'
'But who is sending this python to come and save us, especially me?' Chimaobi asked. 'Jennifer, are you the python or what?'
Jennifer said, 'No, I'm not the python.'
Chimaobi said, 'Is it your relatives or what?'
Jennifer said, 'No, it's not.'
Chimaobi said, 'Okay, no problem. As long as the python is not harming us but saving us, I'm thankful to the person sending it to come and save my family. I'm grateful to that person.'
Jennifer said, 'Even I am grateful to the person for saving you and me.'
Chimaobi and Jennifer continued sleeping.
The following day..."
The following day, Chimaobi couldn't shake off the events of the previous night. Over breakfast, he and Jennifer discussed the mysterious appearance of the python once again.
Chimaobi pondered, "Who could be behind this? And why us?"
Jennifer added, "It's perplexing, but we should be grateful for the protection."
As they contemplated the strange occurrences, a knock on the door interrupted their thoughts. It was their neighbor, Mr. Adegoke, looking visibly shaken.
"Chimaobi, Jennifer, you won't believe what happened last night," Mr. Adegoke exclaimed.
Intrigued, Chimaobi invited him in to share his story.
Mr. Adegoke revealed that his house had also been targeted by armed robbers, but something extraordinary had happened. A majestic python had appeared out of nowhere and thwarted the robbery attempt, just like at Chimaobi's house.
"This can't be a coincidence," Chimaobi muttered.
The trio exchanged theories and speculated about the identity of the mysterious benefactor sending the python to protect them. Was it a guardian angel? A powerful ally? Or something beyond their comprehension?
Determined to uncover the truth, Chimaobi suggested seeking help from a local spiritual leader known for his wisdom and insight into supernatural phenomena.
Later that day, they visited the spiritual leader, Chief Obi, who listened intently to their account of the events. After a moment of deep contemplation, Chief Obi spoke:
"My children, what you have experienced is a manifestation of ancient magic, a bond between your family and the spirit of the python. It is a rare and powerful connection, forged by destiny itself."
Chimaobi and Jennifer exchanged astonished glances as Chief Obi continued:
"The python spirit has chosen to watch over you, to safeguard you from harm. Its presence is a sign of divine protection, a force of nature intervening on your behalf."
Grateful for the insight, Chimaobi and Jennifer left Chief Obi's hut with a newfound sense of awe and gratitude. Though many questions remained unanswered, they felt reassured knowing they were under the watchful gaze of a benevolent guardian.
As they returned home, Chimaobi whispered to Jennifer, "No matter the challenges we face, we are not alone. We have the python spirit by our side."
And so, with newfound faith and determination, Chimaobi and Jennifer continued not to live in fear.
In her mind, Jennifer said, 'It's not time to tell Chimaobi who I really am.'
After about two weeks later.
One day, Jennifer was sleeping in the room, unaware that she had transformed into a snake.
Jennifer transformed into a big python and was sleeping on their bed.
Chimaobi was outside the building when his mind told him to go inside their room. He started heading towards the room.
When Chimaobi reached there, he saw a big python curled up on their bed. He shouted and started calling for Jennifer to come and see the snake he found inside their room.
As soon as Jennifer, who had transformed into the snake, heard the voice, she woke up and found herself as a snake. She transformed back into human being.
As soon as Chimaobi saw this, he fainted."

Chinedu walk straight to chukwuemeka's house to tell him about the dream,
When chinedu reach there,
Chukwuemeka is sleeping,
Chinedu knock at his door and said chukwuemeka is me chinedu your friend,
please open the door for me,
Chukwuemeka opened the door chinedu entered inside and sit down,
Chinedu said to chukwuemeka I want to tell you something,
Chukwuemeka said what is that,
Chinedu started talking, he said I was in my dream last night,
I saw a great disaster befallen this our community,
if care is not taking it may consume this community,
I have approach to princess ijeoma for her to tell the king about what I told her,
but she said I'm suffering from malaria,
She didn't take my words for anything,
I just decided to tell you about the vision,
UGWUELE community need to do something before is too late,
Chukwuemeka said to chinedu there is fire on the mountain,
what do we need to do now,
Chinedu said to chukwuemeka is not time to act fast in this case,
let us wait for princess ijeoma to tell the king first,
before i know the next plan,
Chukwuemeka said ok,
he later ask chinedu about his people,
Chinedu said they are all fine,
Chinedu later went back home,
When princess ijeoma reach there home she didn't tell her father the king,
about the dream chinedu told her,
She take the dream for granted,
One week later,
There was a girl called ifunanyachukwu,
her parents has die in motor accident,
Is only ifunanyachukwu that is still alive in there family,
Ifunanyachukwu was just a poor girl that is hopping that one day she will make it in life
One day some youths in UGWUELE community is pursuing one criminal like that,
the criminal sn**ch one woman her bag,
her phone is inside the bag both her two hundred thousand naira (200,000) is inside the bag,
The criminal is running towards ifunanyachukwu,
When the criminal reach where ifunanyachukwu is,
the criminal throw the bag he is holding to ifunanyachukwu body and run away,
Those youths that is pursuing the criminal stop and grab ifunanuachukwu,
and they said ifunanyachukwu is the one that send that person to go and steal for her,
so that she will have something to eat,
Ifunanyachukwu said to the youths I'm not the one that send that criminal,
the criminal just want to commit me,
to tarnish my image,
One of the youth there give ifunanyachukwu a hottest slap and ifunanyachukwu started crying,
The youth carry her to the palace to tell the king what happened,
When they reach to the palace,
One of the youth there stand up and said to the king,
I greet you my king,
this girl here send one guy to go and sn**ch one women her bag,
When we started chasing the guy he run and give ifunanyachukwu the bag and said take what you send me and the criminal run away,
The king ask ifunanyachukwu are they saying the truth,
Ifunanyachukwu said no,
my king I didn't do anything,
the criminal just want to set me up,
I don't know the person,
he is running and he throw the bag on my body just to commit me nothing more,
My king I swear with my life I don't know anything concerning the stealing,
King Nnamba (ii) said to the youths is she saying the truth or not
Some said yes but majority said no that she is the one that send that criminal to go and steal that bag for her,
so that she will see what to eat,
Ifunanyachukwu said no I don't know the criminal,
king Nnamba (ii) said to ifunanyachukwu majority carry's the votes,
Many youths here said that you are the one that send that criminal to go and get you money you will be using to sustain yourself,
The king ask those youths that brought ifunanyachukwu to his palace to go and flog her mercilessly,
The youths take her away,
One of those youths there is the one that set her up,
because the guy have been asking ifunanyachukwu everyday for her to be his girlfriend but she refused,
since that day the guy was planning evil towards ifunanyachukwu,
He decide to commit her this way,
but the guy is not away that it will resulted this way,
he later regret it and ask God for forgiveness,
The youths carry ifunanyachukwu to there market place,
for them to disgrace her in public,
When they reach there they naked her in the public,
People started saying many things,
Some said hee what I'm I seeing here,
is it not that things ifunanyachukwu use to do guy for us,
is it not what everybody is even torching and seeing now,
Some said chai I know this girl and I can swear for her that she is not away of the thing they tag on her,
People said many things,
The youths flog her mercilessly,
even blood comes out from her body,
After the youths finished punishing ifunanyachukwu,
they carry her to their home,
because ifunanyachukwu can't go back home alone,
do to the punishment she received from the youths,
makes her not to walk,
before the youths carry her back to her house,

Two hours later,
The queen is passing along the palace cell,
she heard a voice singing,
the queen decide to know the person who is singing inside that cell,
when the queen reach there, she saw chinedu and she ask the bodyguards who is this guy, who brought him here,
One of the bodyguard said to the queen is princess Ijeoma that kept him here,
Queen ugodiya said ok let me go and ask her the reason why she locked this guy here, what did the guy do to warrant this arrest
The queen enter inside their palace and she said to ijeoma,
who is that guy you locked in that cell,
what did he do tell me ok,
Ijeoma said to her mother ugodiya that guy don't get respect,
imaging he saw me on the road he didn't bow down to greet me,
could you imaging mum,
I ask him what makes you not to greet me,
he said that he didn't see me, mum I'm I too small,
I decide to arrest him and put him where he deserve to stay,
The queen said to princess ijeoma no be like that my daughter,
normally if not because of this our tradition that says if you see any of the royal family on the way,
you must bow down for the person until he/she will pass you before you stand up,
If not for this, you suppose to greet that guy first because he seniors you,
sometimes you need to consider some people,
The queen said to princess ijeoma go and free that guy he didn't do you anything,
do you heard what I said,
Ijeoma said no mother the guy need to suffer small so that he will learn his lessen in a hard way,
The queen said go and free that guy or I will go and tell Nnamba (ii) your father,
Ijeoma said to her mother is because of one thing that makes me to change my mind if not,
I will not free that stupid guy,
Ijeoma walk straight to the cell to free chinedu,
when she reach there ijeoma said to chinedu you get luck that my mother is around if not you will rot in this place,
Chinedu didn't say a word,
ijeoma order the bodyguards to free chinedu they freed him,
When chinedu was going home he stop in front of princess ijeoma and look at her like ten seconds and started going home,
When chinedu reach there house he said to his mother, are you away that I'm coming back now from the palace cell,
His mother said no, what did you do for them to put you inside the cell,
Chinedu said nothing is just that I didn't bow down to princess ijeoma,
she ordered her bodyguards to arrest me and put me in the cell,
If not for her mother the queen I may not come back today,
because according to ijeoma she said that I will rot in that cell,
Chinedu mother said why you didn't bow down to princess ijeoma,
you know that our traditions requires you to bow down and greet her,
Chinedu said to his mother I have a reason but I will not tell anybody for now until the time reach,
Chinedu mother said reason or not reason you suppose to greet her,
please don't put me into trouble oh I beg of you,
You know that we don't have money and you want to challenge the royal family,
please don't put me into trouble,
Chinedu said to his mother OK I have heard you,
Chinedu later said to his mother I'm coming,
I want to go and see my friend chukwuemeka, I will be back soon,
His mother said ok,
Chinedu left and go to his friend's house,
when chinedu reach to chukwuemeka's house he tell him what happened between him and ijeoma,
Even his friend chukwuemeka blame him for what happened,
Chinedu said I know that I supposed to bow down to her as traditions demands,
But I do what I did for a reason,
but I won't tell anybody for now,
Chukwuemeka said to him even me your best friend why,
Chinedu said I didn't even tell my mother about it,
I know that you are my best friend but wait for now because I have not understand the vision I saw,
I'm still confuse about the vision,
but what baffles me is that anything I see must come to pass,
but you see this one,
to be honest with you I'm totally confused,
Chukwuemeka said to him ok no problem,
Chinedu said to chukwuemeka let's go to iyiosa river,
I like going there I swear,
I love the way the river is healing people,
but truly that iyiosa river is very powerful,
I don't know the can power inside that river,
Chukwuemeka said ok let's go.
