This is HUGE for me… the past year, I’ve struggled with Low Testosterone and other issues. In the past 90 days, using the Carnivore diet and cutting our sugar, I’ve achieved this! 9lbs more muscle, 5% less fat and gained HEALTHY weight! Start a Program this week for Power and throwing! 🙏
