4 years ago today (July 15), I created my YouTube channel (though I didn't post until August). It has been a pretty slow journey for me, partly because I often haven't had the motivation to make videos. I’ve seen it pointed out that I play a lot of Mario and Zelda and that I should try other things. Well I agree! I am thinking I may start a series of videos where I try games and franchises that are brand new to me, and give you my honest first reactions.
So I’m looking to YOU to give me recommendations of what games to try in this new series. If it is a PC game you are recommending, keep in mind my PC isn’t super up to date, with only a 1660 and an i7-9700k, so it might not be able to play some of the more modern or more demanding games. Below is a list of my consoles, so you know what i can actually play games on.
-NES (actually a Famicom with an adapter so I can play both Famicom and NES games)

Youtube Channel Update!
2023 was not a good year for my channel. I couldn't really find motivation or enthusiasm to make videos. I tried streaming and posting VODs from Twitch. Besides that, I only found motivation to work on a small handful of videos.
This year is going to be different. I am feeling motivated to make content! But more importantly, I WANT to make videos. So I'm going to put in effort this year. I want to try to get a video out on Saturdays at least every other week. I was going to try weekly but I really wouldn't have time, and I would just become unmotivated if I missed a weekly deadline. I may put videos out more frequently, especially if there is some sort of gaming news I want to talk about.
If there is something YOU want to see on this channel, please let me know in the comments of this post! While I have a bunch of ideas of my own, I would love to know what everyone else would like to see!
