Todays grounding session really helped me to relax… Sometimes we are stressed and we don’t even know it because we’ve grown accustomed to just “getting things done”.

To sweeten the deal, I completed my grounding today in the cemetery, which was very comforting for a chic who grew up playing and making wonderful memories in a cemetery!

What’s grounding you ask?

Grounding or earthing is a type of alternative medicine or care based on the idea that people become ill because they need to balance the electrical charges in the body. According to this idea, you need to touch the earth with bare feet or hands to let these charges enter and leave the body.

First appointment with the nutritionist… (virtual) I realized that I don’t eat enough and not everyone has a food addiction! (Yes, she thought wrong! I have addictions definitely not food, drugs or alcohol) I need to more. Then I realized that my stomach will be made into the size of a golf ball… 🏌️ That made me nervous… I’ve never had issues with my size or appearance. I’ve always been the most voluptuous and the most chocolate amongst my closest family members and I own that s**t 🍫 🍑 I’m definitely taking this journey for the betterment of my health… My mom said something that melted my heart to tears today after I explained to her that I’m doing this to be healthy for my children.. My mother said “Someone was at my house and saw me taking my medicine.. the person made a statement about me taking my meds and then they laughed.. I held my head up and said I’ll do what the Dr. says if that gives me another day on Earth with my children and grandchildren…” That touched my heart ♥️ with that being said.. Let’s get it!!! Let’s chaaat!!!!!!
