In my first ever video, you will be learning about my favorite Adobo recipe. I have been cooking this for quite some time now and I'd like to teach you how to make this in your own home. This is not-your-everyday Adobo. This is an Adobo with Italian Twist! Check the recipe below.

ADOBONG MANOK with ITALIAN TWIST
Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken adobo cut
7 cloves garlic chopped
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp oregano
4 pcs bay leaves
1 tbsp whole black peppercorns
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 pc chicken bouillon cube
2 cups water
3 pcs potatoes peeled and cut into quarters
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ tsp salt
Procedure:
1.) Combine chicken, salt, black peppercorns, brown sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, rosemary, bay leaves and oregano then marinate it for at least 1 hour.
2.) Fry the potatoes first until golden brown then remove from the oil.
3.) Fry the chicken first in batches then when the second one is frying put the first and pour the water, chicken bouillon cube and the marinade.
4.) Let it simmer for at least 1 hour or until the liquid has reduced and the chicken is thoroughly cook.
5.) Serve immediately and best with rice.
