How to Divorce Part 3
The Only Ground for Divorce is the marriage has broken down irredeemably. I will tell you what you can use to prove it so you can run away from that marriage fast fast, promise me to share it.

Since the marriage the Spouse has been behaving in a way when you no go fit tolerate.Example maybe E dey beat u morning and night,maybe E nor dey baff, maybe E dey sleep from morning until night, and other things wen u nor just fit bear.

Answer: Meet your lawyer give am your marriage Certificate, tell him/her to file a Petition for Dissolution of marriage for High Court on the ground that the marriage has broken down irredeemably,(kpatakpata) then gather your proofs that you will show to court that the person is behaving in a way you cannot tolerate.Then Court Officials go serve your spouse the court papers. For Nigeria, the matter must go court no b to just sign papers as Dem dey show for film oo.
Then on the Court Day, you go present those evidence wen u don gather keep. If Dem dey Convincingly court go first give una three months of Separation. If after that three months una nor fit settle, then Court go allow una go finally and fully.To your tents all Couple.For law language dem dey call am,Decree Nisi..
