In support of , we stepped into action to raise funds for Feeding America by donating meals for every mile that team members walked, ran or biked in September. We had a goal of 25k meals, but by making our donation through Feeding South Florida, we were able to double our impact due to a donation match through the chapter's partnership with Delta Air Lines – bringing our total to 75,780 meals! 💞

We’re here not only to do exceptional work for our clients, but also to help our team members pursue a purpose-filled life. One way we are achieving that is through our BHAG: our 🦁 Big, Hairy, Audacious Goal 🦁 of providing 10 million meals for those in need within the next 10 years. 🛒

So far, we’ve donated more than 250,000 meals – and we’re just getting started. 🌟

In support of this goal – and to recognize – our team took the afternoon off to find ways to uplift our communities, from assembling food kits to filling fridges to serving meals. 🥘

And, in broader support of , we’re also raising funds for Feeding America by donating meals for every mile that team members walk, run or roll this month. Our initial goal was 25k meals, but we’ve blown by that with one week still left to go! 🚶‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ 🚴🏾

With 34 million people facing hunger in the U.S., and with inflation and rising food costs putting even more families at risk of hunger today, we believe this is an important cause to stand behind. 💗

This addition comes at the same time as the results of a customer and business leader survey conducted by Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience and author Gretchen Rubin. Here’s the TL;DR on why this matters in social:

👆 Make your SaaS s-a-s-s-y: 91% of people prefer brands to be funny (and that jumps to 94% for Gen Z and Millennials)

🥸 Funny = followers: 75% of people would follow a brand if it’s funny on social media – yet only 15% say their brand is humorous on social

It entered the English language in the 1400s in singular form, and stayed singular for the next 500 years: It simply meant the very first thing.

But during the height of the industrial revolution, the plural term “priorities” was created for the multiple important things workers had to do each day.
