《都挺好的》帶著濃濃「嶽式情歌」唱遊人抒情風格，將最直接的情感抒發出來。江靜聽了張震嶽的建議，把自己的心情寫成歌。她試著從客觀的角度看自己，再搭配張震嶽畫龍點睛的對唱詞，讓這首歌成為專輯中最符合她這段時間心境的歌曲。
