If you didn’t already know, the “Dope After 40” Podcast is a space I’ve curated where I can discuss all of my deepest reflections as I navigate through this 2nd installment of life that many believe begins “after 40”. Listen in, as I attempt to sail through it all while slowly picking up the pieces of a crazy past while striving towards unlearning toxic traits, re-learning healthy behaviors, & healing towards wholeness each day.
