This is a clear attempt by Dave Williams to silence the majority of Republicans in Colorado in order to remain in power and relevant.
Nancy Pallozzi, the Jefferson County Republican Chairwoman, was censured last night by the Jefferson County Republican Executive Committee.

As it relates to Nancy's attempt to call a special meeting in defense of the transgender and Pride Month agenda (which harms children and undermines parental authority) by removing current leadership, any conflicts that arise from this matter will first be adjudicated through the controversy process pursuant to Article XV of our state bylaws.

RESOLUTION OF THE JEFFERSON COUNTY REPUBLICAN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE REGARDING THE ACTIONS OF PARTY CHAIRWOMAN NANCY PALLOZZI
We, the duly designated members of the Jefferson County Republican Executive Committee (“Executive Committee”), upon motion properly made, seconded, and passed, adopt the following Resolution regarding the Actions of the Jefferson County Party Chairwoman Nancy Pallozzi.
WHEREAS, the Chair of the Jefferson County Republican Party (“Jeffco Party”) is given prudent latitude in decision-making, administration, and management of the county party, he/she is subject to the authority of the Executive Committee for actions which may have a significant impact to its candidates, finances, mission, operation, reputation, and brand; and
WHEREAS, recently, Chair Pallozzi has acted in a matter of much concern for the Executive Committee, namely, she has issued press releases, made radio appearances, and held interviews on the very divisive matter of calling for the State Party Chair to resign. In addition, she has created and circulated an electronic petition encouraging all of Colorado’s State Central Committee members to join in this matter; and
WHEREAS, Chair Pallozzi has performed all these initiatives at her own direction without the approval of the Executive Committee while using the county party’s letterhead and signing authorization as the Jefferson County Republican Chair (“Chair”) and during the most critical time of our candidates’ campaigns in an election season (see Exhibits A and B – press releases dated June 7 and 10, 2024); therefore:
BE IT RESOLVED that this Executive Committee hereby:
1. Renders the decision that the actions taken of Chair Pallozzi in this matter have not been in the best interest of the Jeffco Party, its candidates, its supporters, or its members, and therefore have been, and are not, sanctioned nor approved,
2. Renders all the actions heretofore taken by Chair Pallozzi on this matter null and void and all the results and/or consequences are revoked and retracted, including petitions, surveys, etc.,
3. Censures Chair Pallozzi immediately, in her capacity as Chair, to cease any action and communications related to this matter, and
4. Directs Chair Pallozzi to immediately disclose and surrender all materials and communications related to this matter, including the list of media outlets contacted, interviews held, contacts with other county chairs, etc. to be made available only to Jeffco Executive Committee members at Jeffco GOP Headquarters. There will be no copies or photos made or shared with anyone outside of the Executive Committee.
