🍗 We tried the SG McD Chicken McCrispy and here’s our verdict: 5/10. It’s barely passable as a fast-food offering from a chain that doesn’t specialise in fried chicken, and it reminds us why Arnold’s, Popeye’s, Texas and KFC do what they do best~
McD’s offering is like a McSpicy fillet but less spicy and has a bone in it 🦴. It ends up just overwhelming of pepper and lacks depth and flavour. It’s warm and juicy but lacks the seasoning to go beyond that. We tried to pair it with 3 sauces: Garlic Chilli, Curry, Sweet & Sour; and none of them really complemented the McCrispy very much.
BETTER ALTERNATIVES:
Other than those chains mentioned above that specialise in fried chicken, here’s other fast food alternatives we’d rather you go for.
1. McD’s very own McWings with Sweet and Sour Sauce. Something about this combi keeps us going back for more.
2. McSpicy double, but pull out that extra fillet and douse it in Curry Sauce. Some seriously sinful stuff 👿
3. MOS Burger Singapore’s MOS Chicken is a surprisingly good offering from a fast-food chain that doesn’t specialise in fried chicken. Pair it with their MOS Mustard sauce for that extra kick! (This is the same sauce that was around wayyyy before the BTS Cajun Sauce came in as an invasive species 😛)
Do you agree with our Review?? More Importantly… WHAT WILL YOU BE HAVING FOR DINNER TONIGHT??? 😋

Here's a little Geek Tip for Mac Keynote users who need to present on Zoom, Teams, Skype or other web conferencing software but don't have access to a second monitor.
From version 10.2 onwards, you can present your slideshow in windowed mode instead of fullscreen with "Play in Window". Thereafter, share that app window via your preferred web conferencing app and still have visibility of your audience and your upcoming slides and notes.
You'll find "Play in Window" in the 'Play' dropdown menu from the menu bar above, or add a button via "Customise Toolbar..." when you right click on the toolbar in Keynote itself.
