Day 4 of my Chemical Peel
Here’s what I learned:
I was not properly educated about post care for this peel.
I did not have right products to care for my skin at various stages.
Aquaphor is like worst thing for your skin I learned but that’s what they told me.
I’m researching and trying out remedies for my burnt skin. So far, my skin is thirsty and peeling . Underneath is raw.
I made olive oil, avocado oil, castor oil, tea tree oil mix. My skin drinks it up and the tea tree will ensure I don’t get bacteria or infections. Im also washing my hands a lot and not picking.
My face looks crazy like layers of snake skin peeling. Today, I’m keeping busy by deep cleaning my room. 🫠
Im also taking supplements like selenium and Vit E.
Im working on the best post care gentle treatments to educate my clients for after care at my beauty bar. The post care is just as important as the procedure and should be considered just as important. I don’t think it’s good enough to say slap some aquaphor. It’s a whole ass healing process with this
