[ who am i? lengthy post ahead, be warned.. ]

[ look fellow Streamers.. we’re a dime-a-dozen these days - quarantine and the mad push to share your gaming with others, have a great time, enjoy each others’ laughter - just be you though! i have been guilty of the occasional rip that mimics other popular streamers, but in all honesty, i hate it! they paved the way, but what is gonna set you apart from what has already been done / already been said / already been created? try not to chase a number, use it all as inspiration, but rather chase a goal - a style - an emotion - set yourself up for what YOU define as success - this stems from a conversation i had with someone recently for whom i was in the beginning phases of designing a theme, and all they wanted was based on a certain streamer’s design, change the colors of this and that, not fully realizing, that is not who i am! i can use something as inspiration, absolutely, but i have to change it up in the spirit of originality so that the end product is its own feel ]

[ i have no problem letting people know that if you want replicas of something, it isn’t going to happen through me - i shoot for originality, i pride myself in communicating with you when it’s time to work on your content, to make it your own and not like everything else you see out there - it’s challenging because it is a tough world to be original in, but extremely enjoyable as an end state and completed project - i am very busy outside of streaming and designing but when i sit down to knock out someone’s project, i’m all in! ]

[ my goal is to launch my own website and portfolio one day to be determined, but thank you to all of you who have been patient as i design your logos/banners/transitions and more - you are amazing and very appreciated, i hope i can always stay humble, be myself, and encourage others to take the harder right over the easier wrong - be you! ]

[ okay - the image here, i purposefully edited to add the “be original” portion - for those of you who don’t know of Banksy, there’s an awesome Amazon Prime documentary on him right now - inspiration comes in many different forms, but to add something as simple as text, to a photo, of a painting, from an artist who always went against the grain, and to use it as my own - point blank, it isn’t my work, and certainly not the context for which he meant! it’s a demonstration of what i won’t do, and who better to do it to than someone who showed me that to make a statement, you have to be different, and although he’s completely vandalizing something, his statements always speak volumes! be a pioneer, stay motivated, and always search for your true direction ]
