THEY THAT WAIT UPON THE LORD
_Even the youths Will be weary_
A. V: Isaiah 40:30
Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
Good morning Great one!
There's one thing amist others that is common to man, and that is tiredness. Everyone will eventually at a point in their lives become tired, I. e reduce in the zeal and enthusiasm they had in the pursuit of Their dreams especially in the pursuit of God.
That is why our anchor scripture started with the word "Even" that word is used as an intensive to indicate something unexpected. So when it says even the youths, it was saying unexpectedly the youths Will get tired and grow weary. The implication is that even the strongest of us , the most spiritual of us and just anyone you can think of will eventually at a time become tired and even fall!
This is a heart breaking truth for some people who look unto others as super-humans and infallible. Well the scripture is reminding is today that weariness and falling is common amongst men even the strongest of men But the difference in men is what they do while they grow weary (read tomorrow) .
However with this truth in mind, we are therefore called to intercede and pray for one another, encourage one another, even the people you look as infallible, pray for them and encourage them.
