"WHERE CAN YOU MOVE THE NEEDLE"

Tosha Rhodenizer is Chief Executive Officer of RA Centre Ottawa

I liked Tosha the moment I met her. She’s smart and very passionate about her work. Eight years ago, she took on the biggest challenge of her career. Six months into the project her long term relationship crumbled and she struggled having to co-parent their teenage son. ”You become a master at compartmentalizing”, Tosha says.

Lessons shared by Tosha: Don’t spend a lot of time thinking about WHAT you want to do, spend time thinking about WHO you want to be. Be mindful of when you’re closing doors because it’s good to learn what you DON'T want to do.
