¡Es un placer compartir contigo la receta de un pan de ajo delicioso que seguramente te encantará! Aquí tienes los detalles:
**Pan de Ajo Extraordinario**
**Ingredientes:**
- 1 baguette (o pan de tu elección)
- 1/2 taza (115g) de mantequilla, a temperatura ambiente
- 4 dientes de ajo, picados finamente
- 2 cucharadas de perejil fresco, picado
- 1/2 cucharadita de sal (ajusta según tu preferencia)
**Instrucciones:**
1. Precalienta el horno a 180°C.
2. Corta la baguette en rebanadas, pero asegúrate de no llegar hasta el fondo para que las rebanadas sigan unidas.
3. En un tazón, mezcla la mantequilla, el ajo, el perejil y la sal hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
4. Con la ayuda de una cuchara o un cuchillo, distribuye generosamente la mezcla de mantequilla de ajo entre las rebanadas del pan.
5. Envuelve la baguette en papel de aluminio y hornéala durante 15-20 minutos, o hasta que la mantequilla se derrita y el pan esté ligeramente dorado.
6. Si lo prefieres más tostado, puedes destapar el pan al final y hornear por unos minutos adicionales.
¡Y listo! Ahora disfruta de este pan de ajo extraordinario, perfecto para acompañar una cena especial o simplemente para mimar tus sentidos.

Throwing back to one of my favorite Argentinean style asados alongside great friends in the heart of central Texas. We’re slowly smoking and reverse-searing the most phenomenal Certified Piedmontese picanha on God’s Green Earth!!

To start we boldly seasoned the beef with olive oil and Weber Sauces & Seasonings’s Cowboy rub which is loaded with earthy umami flavors like chili pepper and chocolate, smoky paprika, and roasted garlic. Once the hardwoods reduced to slowly smoldering embers, we laid the steaks fat-side down, away from the flames until the internal temps reached 110 degrees. The steaks were flipped and placed atop the white hot,directly heated grill grates, charred and encrusted to tender, wall-to-wall medium rare perfection. These bad boys were carved on a bias, and dressed with a bright and tangy homemade cilantro-parsley chimichurri… then finished with a squeeze of grilled lemon. Shrimp Scampi w Linguini
This recipe has a nice lemony scampi sauce, I love it. Let’s get to it.
You’ll need
•1-lb linguini
•4-tbs olive oil
•1-lb jumbo shrimp cleaned tails left on
•8-tbs unsalted butter
•5-garlic cloves minced
•Juice and zest of 2 lemons
•1/4-cup chopped fresh parsley
•Salt and pepper
•1/4-cup pasta water

1-get a pot of salted water going and cook the pasta and reserve 1 cup of the pasta water
2-in a skillet large enough to hold the whole recipe heat the oil over medium heat.
3-Add the shrimp cook until done about 3 minutes move to a plate.
4-Add the butter and garlic to the skillet with a little salt and pepper when the butter has melted saute about 2-3 minutes.
5-Add the lemon juice, zest and the saute for a minute
6-add the shrimp, pasta, 1/4-cup of pasta water toss for one minute to create the sauce add more pasta water a tablespoon at a time if needed
7-Remove from heat and stir in parsley serve with lemon wedges.

The Best Chicken Wings 🔥🤤

From their colour alone, you can already tell how good these are. The wings here are delicious. Marinated in Colbeh’s secret spiced yogurt before being grilled over charcoal so that the flavours intensify and the chicken develops its smokiness. The marinade works it’s way in to every crevasse of the ring. The crisps up beautifully over the grill and those charred edges add yet another layer of flavour and texture. Served with the only thing you need on the side, a squeeze of lemon. If you’re here, order them 🙅🏽‍♂️

Honey Butter Toast 😍

If you haven’t been, Arôme is, in my opinion, one of the best bakeries in London. A magical place that blends together classical French technique with Asian ingredients. Since their pop up in soho like 4 years ago, they’ve opened a big site in Covent Garden and now Marylebone. Best known for a few things. First, the honey butter toast. A beautiful thick slab of fluffy Japanese Shokupan, enveloped in a glistening, crunchy honey crust. It’s got the perfect amount of subtle sweetness and a satisfying texture that is both fluffy and crispy. Go here for this first and foremost. On the savoury side, my go-to is either their Miso Bacon Escargot or the Sausage & Cheese Croissant with Japanese BBQ sauce. Refined, minimalistic baking with flair. So so good. Going to do a video on the honey butter toast.. 🙅🏽‍♂️

Finally back in town! Obviously my first stop was here - I missed it too much. Needed my fix and so waited in line for this delicious plate of grilled entrecôte, house fries and that special green sauce. The most comforting comfort food. The fries were golden, well salted and crispy. The steak was grilled and thinly sliced till blushing pink. The sauce, rich and satisfying as ever. Finished the first serving almost instantly. Finished the second serving just as quick. Dope as always. Good to be back! 🙅🏽‍♂️
