MAJOR BUST: TEN ARRESTED INCLUDING FOREIGN NATIONALS AND ZAMBIAN CITIZEN IN OVER USD 5 MILLION CASH AND 600 GOLD PIECES' SEIZURE

IN A highly significant operation, nine foreign nationals and one Zambian citizen have been apprehended for their involvement in the confiscation of a sum exceeding U$D5 million in cash, alongside an extensive collection of over 600 gold pieces.

This operation also led to the confiscation of fi****ms and the grounding of two aircraft.
Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) director general Nason Banda revealed these developments during a press conference held in Lusaka earlier today.

"DEC received information that a chartered aircraft transporting illicit goods had landed at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport on August 13th, 2023, at 19:00 hours. Acting swiftly on this intelligence, the DEC, in collaboration with various law enforcement agencies, initiated an operation on Monday, August 14th, 2023, at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport," he explained.

Mr Banda further informed that the commission had seized the Global Express T7-WW aircraft on which the illicit items were found, as well as another aircraft belonging to a local airline, identified as a King Air B190.

He stated that a total of ten suspects, including a Zambian citizen, are currently under detention, pending further investigations.

And when questioned about the political affiliations of the detained Zambian individual, Mr Banda refrained from providing explicit details, but he emphasized that the individual is indeed of Zambian nationality.

Keep Your Marriage Simple and Sweet: Learn to be content with what you have. Many couples complicate their marriages by trying to compete or keep up with friends and neighbors. They buy things they do not need with the money they do not have to impress people they do not know. Keep your marriage simple and sweet. Do not pretend to be what you are not. Do not put unnecessary pressures on your marriage, and do not sacrifice your marital happiness just to keep up appearances. Do not buy things you do not need just because your friends have them. Live within your means. Budget together with your spouse. Plan, prioritize, and have the maturity, discipline, and temperance to follow your plans, regardless of what your neighbors and friends are doing. It takes lots of lies, stress, and debt to support a fake lifestyle. Happy marriages are simple, honest, and straightforward - marriages that impress God, not people. "...I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances." (Philippians 4:11) - Isaac Kubvoruno

OPEN LETTER TO AIRTEL ZAMBIA,Head OFFICE .

I had sent K150 to a wrong number (0974197313) and then immediately made a reverse transaction and informed Airtel number on its number (111).

Airtel Zambia told me that the transaction can only be approved by the receiver,in this case a person that I had wrongly sent my money and that there's nothing Airtel Zambia can do.

It's now 4 days ever since I started calling the number 0974197313 to so that the receiver can approve the transaction, there has never been any response.

Again I contacted Airtel Zambia over the reversal of the transaction only to be told by Airtel Zambia that there's nothing that they can do.

I'm still wondering how many people have lost their hard earned money through Airtel Zambia through this criminal activities of refusing to assist those who have wrongly sent monies to wrong numbers.
