Should our town use our hard-earned tax dollars to buy this old depleted property?
They are getting ready to bail out an investor from Dallas Texas. He paid pennies on the dollar for the property.
Instead of making this investor clean up the property of weeds, rats, and squatters we are going to pay him a few million dollars.
Then the city is going into the motel and convention business.
Call your mayor and city council now and demand a full review of everything.

Wally's the restaurant going in at the old Olivers on 30th had a rough opening on New years eve.
Cops visited the place 5 times, bathrooms didn't work, the front entrance glass got broken, the bartender got choked.

On Wednesday in Yoder Kansas a lady received a package addressed to her from Albany New York. She opened it and inside was just a blank piece of paper with a band around it. She started having a sore/burning throat, feeling dizzy, light-headed, and her husband called 911. Her oxygen went down to 80. The hazmat team didn’t get there until around 3 hours later but the tests showed clear. (The paper was outside and maybe could’ve evaporated...?) The lady is doing okay now but was very tired and weak that evening. She got another package the very next day, also from Albany New York. Google maps take the address to the middle of nowhere. They called the local sheriff and he came out, put his gloves on and opened the package outside. He said it’s just a piece of paper and wasn’t planning on getting it tested. There are others getting these packages too. Please be aware of this.
