We will have to wait to see how the face of incarceration looks under a more liberal social service minded leader.
In a recent interview with me then candidate Heroux stated that he wanted to do more programming for inmates with addiction and mental illness as well as put in place a program that will assist in finding jobs and housing for inmates being released. This model has been extremely successful in other counties and states. The question is, will the funding be available? How many current positions will need to be cut in order to bring in train addiction specialist to design and Institute this program. Many have stated that the Sheriff's Office was top heavy with high ranking offices receiving High salaries. That is probably the first place the new sheriff will look. He has stated he wanted to do away with all the fancy trucks and boats and canine unit which will result in a huge savings. This will be a total flip of the coin compared to what we have witnessed over the past two decades under the outgoing sheriff.

Ever hear of panorama education? Apparently it's all over the country including our area. A private organization that is ushering in CRT of course under another title and structured to be something it's not. They speak of Arlington Virginia nearly 6 hours away having hundreds of school districts that are paying $300,000 per year under 5-year contracts to bring in solutions to problems in the district. Of course the solution is critical race theory. For those of you who consistently say this isn't happening and it's a lie, if it was a lie, all of these media Outlets, investigative journalist and organizations like open the books would be bankrupt for the amount of lawsuits they would have to pay out. The fact is that critical race theory is being pushed in school districts across the country and if you don't know what that is think about this. Remember that great speech by the great man Martin Luther King? Remember in that speech he States judge a man by the content of his character not the color of his skin. In fact critical race Theory education is the opposite. It judges and categorizes People based on their color labeling white people as racist regardless of the content of their character.

Do you know that the Fall River school committee actually has a couple of committee members that condone this type of teaching but lie that it is not critical race Theory it's something else. You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig right? I will not name these school committee members because I'm sure soon enough they will stick their Bigfoot in their big mouth and out themselves. Just be aware of everything your child is bringing home and their book bag or on their tablet. Now is not the time to let your child go in the room shut the door and do their homework alone. You need to be aware of what they are being taught so that you can intervene and head off the school district attempting to corrupt the mind of your vulnerable child.
