This past year has proved to be one of the most difficult years of my life....

I’m thankful and extremely grateful I’ve made it through. I feel ,at times, soooooo overwhelmed by so many negative obstacles and adversities I’ve faced, however this has also been a year of triumph and growth. I certainly have learned this year that commitment to my goals is paramount to my success. Success to me is not all about money , it’s about BEING AWARE AND PRESENT WITH EACH BREATH and HAVING APPRECIATION FOR EACH BREATH I HAVE ..in the NOW...

I want to thank 20/20 for showing me so so so much TRUTH about myself.....I needed it to regroup// and get grounded...through all these ups and downs//deaths / rekindled friendships / new friendships/ recognizing my own TOXICITY/ ending toxic relationships/ but most importantly building A new relationship with SELF //// continued deep breathing has been my strongest ally, regardless how hard life gets , it’s all about ... taking the most painful times and learning to make space and deep with full AWARENESS OF LIFE THROUGH BREATHE... what is life? Breathe.... I’m not perfect. But my intentions are to take one perfect breath at a time. It’s all I got..

The past year I have seen and hit rock bottom spiritually// mentally// physically. That’s how it was WRITTEN.. I actually accept it... thank it . Cause 2020 rocked my world and it certainly was not all bad ... just necessary!! I can now move forward with 20/20 VISION!!!
It’s also written that this is an abundant time for me, it’s time ,,,time to rise and live authentically .. the time is NOW.. the ball is FINALLY IN MY COURT AND IMA PLAY BALL!!
