Casey Brocks was the tyrant responding and the other tyrants stepped in line. Tyrants solicited a crime to be reported. This is abhorrent behavior Belvidere Police Department you did the people unfairly and have committed crimes against the constitution. And now your taxpayers have to pay out and you will wipe your hands of it. People hate ya anyway so why wouldn’t you treat people poorly right?
