Banwa Magazine is seeking high-quality portraits of Filipinos from anywhere in the world with an interesting story to tell! You don't have to do a fancy photoshoot to be featured; you just need a decent camera (e.g. your smartphone camera) and the willingness to do a brief interview.
You don't have to be an Olympic gymnast or anything fancy either; interesting stories can be found anywhere. Whether you're a street food vendor trying to make it work during the pandemic, or a single parent who's learned a lot while raising your child, we'd love to interview you — as long as you're of Filipino descent! (There are no restrictions on gender or sexual orientation. Children below the age of 16 may apply for interview, but parents/a guardian must supervise them.)
