Recipe:
✨Raw shrimp
✨Red Onion
✨Cilantro
✨Lemon
✨Lime
✨Orange
✨Tomatoes
✨Cucumber
✨Chile Pepper/Jalapeño Pepper
✨Avocado
✨Salt
Boil a pot of water and add salt to taste. Remove pot from stove, add raw shrimp and stir until shrimp is pink. This should take about 2-3 minutes. Remove shrimp from hot water and rinse with cold water and set aside.
Fresh squeeze whole lemons, orange, lime and set aside.
Dice up red onion, tomatoes, cucumber avocado and peppers. Mince fresh cilantro. Add all these ingredients to a bowl. Pour in your fresh squeezed lemon, lime and orange juice. Add salt to taste and stir the ingredients together.
Now add in your shrimp and stir the bowl. Place the ceviche in the fridge to get cold. Serve with your choice of chips or toasted bread. This should be made about 3-4 hours priors to you serving it because the citrus will continue to cook the shrimp. Enjoy!
