No, but basically I re did some of the podcast studio, and packed the schedule for the next 2 months!

So I’ll be back to recording this weekend and posting every Tuesday.

Two years ago .. I was working on 3 videos for Jobventures ( not going to tag it cause it doesn’t really exist anymore). Dont get me wrong, I loved it. I love promoting business, but it became too much about the host ( me ) and put too much focus on the wrong things.

This is why I created the Me TSD podcast. It’s not about the person specifically. It’s about mental health. Honestly which I truly believe is the biggest epidemic in the world right now.

I have plans beyond the podcast to put more focus and attention on mental health. Because truly, what is there out there beyond therapy? Not much. Too many of us are either too embarrassed, scared, or in denial about our own issues, or feel there is nothing out there for those of us who are diagnosed with things like PTSD.

It’s a long term goal, but step 1 is just the voice. Step 2: who knows ? But it’s something

Our first podcast back after the hiatus will be in regards to Men’s Mental Health Awareness month.

As a male, are there things you’d like brought up? Questions you’ve had? Things you want to know?

I will be going more into “ my story” on this episode, as well as online encounters I’ve had these last few days in regards to trying to put a focus on men’s mental health.

I also have 2 podcast guests likely planned this weekend as well as looking forward to many more!

Be careful who you call a role model, a lot of these models are out here playing roles.

Remember many people in the spotlight, in the public eye, they act a certain way to appease those around them.

Not many people can truly handle the thoughts running through our heads nonstop so we hold them in unfortunately until it’s too late.
