Well hello there probably haven't seen a post by me in.....awhile so i thought id give yall a quick update on life.

Hindsight:
They say you don't realized you've hit rock bottom till your there. I can confidently say that the saying is LORE ACURATE. Having the musical gift at a young age made me develop un healthy habits through out my years. I grew complacent in my skills, grew a bad ego, and somewhere along the way I stopped pushing myself and my music. coupled with addiction to alcohol I created a self destructive feed back loop that caused my mental health to spiral.

The Heavy Part:
Its almost been a full year since I experienced a mental break down followed by two self deletion attempts. I'm blessed in this life time to have a handful of people reach out and remind me that I matter.

Recovery:
So ya I took solid time away from social media, touched some grass, got sober, began excessive exercise, and went to therapy. As it turned out these simple steps sparked a feeling I used to have. It's a feeling so familiar yet indescribable to me but I think other artists and musicians know what I'm talking about. This feeling is what reconstituted the discipline I used to have with music production.

So What's next?:
LOTS honestly I wanna share it all at once but its probably best to hand the cookies out one at a time 😅 but i can be vague so here ya go

Pop Punk!?! - ALSO YES
Solo work !?!?! - 100% YES
