QUIBOLOY IS A FALSE PROPHET
With him in the news this week, it's probably a good time to remind you that Apollo Quiboloy is neither a pastor nor is he *Christian* leader.
He's a cult leader and a false prophet.
The "Kingdom of Jesus Christ" cult he leads is neither about Jesus' kingdom nor is it about Jesus Christ.
Do you know what Scripture says to do with false prophets?
"Dear friends, although I was very eager to write to you about the salvation we share, I felt compelled to write and urge you to CONTEND FOR THE FAITH that was once for all entrusted to God’s holy people. For certain individuals whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord." (Jude 1:3-4)
Quiboloy is consistent with who Jude is talking about. Below we will show why some of Quiboloy's most famous claims make him a false teacher and thus under the condemnation of God.
🚫 QUIBOLOY'S LIE: "I am the Appointed Son and the last stop for you to be able to go to Heaven."
✅ BIBLICAL TRUTH: Jesus Christ alone is the only Appointed and Begotten Son of God, and the last stop for you to be able to go to heaven:
"For God so loved the world that HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, that whoever believes IN HIM shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)
"Jesus said, 'I am THE WAY, the truth, and the life, and NO ONE GETS TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH ME." (John 14:16)
"And there is salvation IN NO ONE ELSE, for there is no other name under HEAVEN given AMONG MEN by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)
(Jesus Christ ALONE is the ONLY appointed and begotten Son of God, and He alone is the last stop, and there is no other stop besides Him.)
🚫 QUIBOLOY'S LIE: "I'll be the last sign for you, to sign your paper of salvation."
✅ BIBLICAL TRUTH: Jesus Christ alone is the last sign and signs your "paper of salvation":
"But nothing unclean will ever enter [the new HEAVEN and new earth], nor anyone who does what is detestable or false, but only those who are WRITTEN in the LAMB'S BOOK OF LIFE." (Revelation 21:27)
"Nevertheless, do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are WRITTEN IN HEAVEN.” (Luke 10:20)
(Jesus Christ alone owns the Book of Life and writes in it, and those written in the book of life are His true disciples SIGNED BY HIM ALONE.)
🚫 QUIBOLOY'S LIE: "I'll be the last one you will see."
✅ BIBLICAL TRUTH: Jesus Christ alone is the last one you will see before you are saved and go to Heaven.
"And [the thief on the cross] said, 'Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.' And he said to him, 'Truly, I say to you, TODAY YOU WILL BE WITH ME IN PARADISE.'" (Luke 23:42-43)
"And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes JUDGMENT, so CHRIST, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to SAVE THOSE WHO ARE EAGERLY WAITING FOR HIM." (Hebrews 9:27-28)
"Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be AWAY FROM THE BODY and AT HOME WITH THE LORD... For we must all appear before the judgment seat of CHRIST, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil." (2 Corinthians 5:8; 10)
(Jesus Christ alone is the last person we will see before Heaven and salvation. Not another. Not the angels. And most certainly not Quiboloy.)
🚫 QUIBOLOY'S LIE: "I will cause COVID and other viruses to harm all who persecute me because I am the Appointed Son."
✅ BIBLICAL TRUTH: Jesus is God and God ALONE has command over nature and disease.
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God... And the Word became flesh [Jesus Christ] and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth..." (John 1:1; 14)
"See now that I myself am He! There is no god besides me. I take life and I bring to life, I have wounded and I will heal, and no one can deliver out of my hand." (Deut. 32:39)
WE ARE NOT AFRAID OF YOU QUIBOLOY!
You have NO power in yourself and your lies. The demons who possess you have NO power over Jesus Christ. Your threats are nothing but empty lies and deception.
Jesus Christ ALONE is the true Appointed Son of God. ✝️
Jesus Christ ALONE is our path to healing and salvation. ☦️
Jesus Christ ALONE has command over nature and disease. 🛐
He who is IN US is greater than the demons that are in you and in the world.
We are not afraid.
